BOARDING RATES

Rates:
Single dog is $30/day
Double $50/day (two dogs in one kennel)

Unlike most kennels we do not pro-rate dogs according to weight. Our runs are all the same size and large enough to accommodate most breeds. Depending on the size of your dogs, two dogs from the same household can be placed in the same kennel.

We know your pets are like family. Please feel free to call or text and check on them while you are gone. Mornings are hectic so afternoons are best.

Hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday-Friday

9:00-12:00 Saturday and Sunday

No charge for day of check out if picked up by 11 AM.
EXERCISE/PLAY TIME
Meadowood does not charge for daily exercise. All dogs are walked several times a day and given lots of attention throughout their stay. We do not do community playtime but allow dogs from the same household to interact together.

A basic exit bath is available at checkout. This does not include nails or glands. Cost is $25 and must be reserved prior to check in.

ABOUT
Meadowood
Licensed and established since 1990, Meadowood Boarding Kennel is located in Renfrew, PA. Consisting of only 12 runs, our small intimate facility allows us the opportunity to spend quality one on one time with your dog. The kennel overlooks a pond and a horse farm giving your dog a beautiful view in a quiet country setting.

Runs are 6’ X 3’ inside and 6’ X 3’ outside with a door in between to ensure the dogs are tucked inside safely at night and during inclement weather.
​
Your dog, no matter the size, will have a spacious kennel and never a cage.
​
Beds, bowls, and blankets are provided. You are welcome to bring a special toy or treat to help make them feel like they are at home. Food should be well marked and any special instructions should be reviewed at time of check in. We do provide treats after every walk and bedtime.

​Pets are not like family they ARE family. Although we would love to take them with us that is not always an option. Leaving them behind is hard. Let Meadowood take care of your dog while you are away. Being a small family run business we can ensure your dog will receive the best care possible. It has been our passion for over 30 years.
